SUMMARY:Franklin City Council Meetings
DESCRIPTION:The City Council shall hold regular meetings on the second Wedn
 esday of each month.  Said meetings shall be held in the City Hall\, loca
 ted at 128 East Main Street Franklin\, ID  83237\, and shall commence at 
 seven O' clock (7:00) pm.\n\nThe public has the right to attend meetings (
 with the exception of lawful executive sessions)\, but opportunities for t
 he public to speak are limited to designated public comment periods and pu
 blic hearings. When public testimony occurs\, the council may set reasonab
 le time restrictions to ensure all persons have the opportunity to speak a
 nd to keep the meeting from bogging down with unproductive\, repetitive te
 stimony. No person has the right to disrupt a meeting\, and the chair can 
 order the removal of any disruptive individual.\n\nVisit the city's websit
